Wellness Class Policies
- If you pre-register for a class and cannot make it please provide notice by phone, email or canceling the reservation in Midbody at least two hours before class starts so that your class can be rescheduled.
- Missed classes, or classes canceled less than 2 hours prior to start will be not be rescheduled or refunded.
- Purchases of classes, or workshops are not refundable or transferable unless canceled by the studio.
- Studio reserves the right to change schedule or cancel class when necessary.
- Classes cancelled by studio will be refunded or rescheduled.
- Notification of class cancelation will be made through email, as well as posted on our website and social media pages at earliest possible time.
Private Appointment Policies
- Appointments can be canceled or changed up to 24 hours prior without penalty. by calling Providence Behavioral Health Associates and speaking to the front desk or calling the studio directly.
- Appointments missed or canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be penalized as follows:

- The 1st time a late cancel fee of 50% the cost of scheduled treatment will be charged. Client must pre-pay for service to reschedule.

- Any subsequent for appointments missed without 24hour notice the client will be charged for the Full value of the scheduled treatment. To reschedule. client must pay missed appointment fee as well pre-pay for rescheduled service.
